“Mindfulness requires letting go of all that is in one’s mind to be all that is in one’s life in any given moment.”
Be on Purpose
be on purpose and make it real
What It Means To “Be On Purpose” - Setting an intention is literally about “being on purpose” and it is the secret ingredient to every endeavor we embark on. Based in free will, it helps us prepare for something new while sending a clear message to our higher self and inner world we are present, focused, and ready to commit.
Setting Your Intentions
Define clearly what you want to work on or toward - Write it in the present tense as if it has already occurred and attach a date you’d like to achieve it by. You’ll want to make sure that what you’re working on comes from a place of Love.
Feel your goals into reality - Your brain likes to live in a world of truth, so when you associate feeling positive emotions with what you want to achieve, it helps you align your inner and outer worlds. The Universe responds to your vibrational frequency anyway and you achieve that with positive thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Close your eyes and imagine every detail of what your life would feel like accomplishing your goals. Feel the joy, excitement, abundance, or wellness you would like to experience. Imagine every aspect of what you know is yours. Make it a daily practice.
Step into your plan - This is the time when you get to create your plan. Whereas you’ll be focused on the activity and NOT the outcome, your next move is to write out at least one achievable action step you can take each day (or consistently) to move you closer toward your goal. Follow through even if it’s just a baby step. When it’s comfortable, add in another step. Working your plan is what defines the difference between you wanting something and having it. The best part about taking these steps and where you go from here is, “YOU did that”.
Be On Purpose.
how energy becomes blocked
Everyone has a physical and an energetic vibration that are closely connected. You can experience blocked energy at any time during your life stemming from unresolved memories, unacknowledged issues, ancestral patterns, deep emotions, and unhealed traumas (large or small). These can become trapped in the muscles, joints, and organs contributing to the manifestation of physical ailments. It can also manifest into unhealthy patterns of behavior, dysfunctional relationships, communication issues, insecurities, tension, stress, fatigue, and more. All of which can affect both your personal and professional lives.
When you fully release guilt, shame, pain, and fear, you get to remember who you truly are. No longer are you reacting or projecting. Instead, you are living fully in a state of balance as a self-empowered soul attracting in kind as you embrace that which was always yours to begin with.
